behind the scenes

Sneak Peek: Biochar Production

Biochar at Scale for Food, Growth and Climate – Today
circular economy in action

Our projects are purposefully engineered to process a diverse range of agriculture waste that would otherwise be discarded.

We're beginning with rice husk as a feedstock. Collected from local rice mills, the rice husk is prepared and loaded into the pyrolysis unit - turning local waste into a valuable resource.

Clean Tech in Motion.

Through controlled, high-temperature heating in an oxygen-limited environment, our pyrolysis machine transforms waste rice husk into biochar. Powered by smart automation and clean design, our system ensures safety, efficiency, and carbon sequestration at scale.

Behind every sustainable solution is great engineering.

Here, our pyrolysis machine is being built by our local manufacturing partner - supporting homegrown talent and industry, while laying the foundation for high quality carbon removal.

The Result - High-Quality Biochar with Climate Impact.
Arukah's first biochar output with core systems in place!

What begins as waste is transformed into a powerful climate solution. Our biochar is rich in stable carbon, ready for use - whether in soil enhancement or integrated into sustainable building materials - and validated for carbon credit markets.

Nature + technology = results.
